They wanted to live close to grandma and grandpa!

Dagan and Christy loved living in High Country West and did not want to move to another neighborhood. Their family was outgrowing their two bedroom home and they needed more room. Realizing that there was not a lot of homes available that met Dagan and Christy´s goals I knew I would have to be proactive in our search for their new home. By identifying all the 3 and 4 bedroom attached homes in High Country West I put together a postcard campaign appealing to those home owners that may be considering selling their home in the near future.   The  campaign went like this, each week I would send a new postcard detailing Dagan and Christy´s desires to stay in High Country West with headlines that read "They want to be close to grandma and grandpa!"  Each postcard expressed who Dagan and Christy were and why they wanted to live in High Country West. The result was this wonderful women named Martha who called me and said she would like to talk to me about selling her home to Dagan and Christy.  Only a few weeks later we sold Dagan and Christy´s home and they still live in High Country West...

Romana called me at 7:30 in the morning with the news!

Romana decided that she wanted to move back to the Chicago neighborhood she grew in to be closer to her family. I met with Romana after she had tried to sell her home by herself. She spent close to a $1000.00 advertising her home for the asking price of $360,000 for close to month. She asked me to meet with her and to discuss her options. I knew I could help her accomplish her goals and sale her home for more money than she was asking for it currently. I explained all her options and she informed me that she would consider everything I said but that she would like to meet with a couple other real estate agents before she made her decision. About a week later at 7:30 in the morning I got a call from Romana saying that she woke knowing that I was the one that could help her sale her home. I was excited to help such a wonderful person and only two weeks later Romana accepted an offer for $380,000.

My clients Curtis and Bryn wanted to move, but they were already home owners and didn´t know what the first step should be.  Buy, then sell?  Sell, then buy?  How could they afford to purchase a new home before they sold their present one?  But, where would they live if they sold their present house before they found a new one? First, I introduced them to a lender who could help them get the financing they needed. Next, I helped them find the perfect home and present a great offer, not contingent on the sale of their present home.  When the right buyer came in I negotiated an agreeable closing date for everyone.  Happy seller, happy buyer!

Phillip & Teresa Are Bringing Their New Baby Home!

Phillip and Teresa were living in a small 3 bedroom home with their two children and no room for the new baby. When it was just the four of them they didn´t mind the sacrifice but now, with a baby on the way, they desperately wanted a bigger home for their family.
